The quality of the food was exceptional. The menu offered a wide variety of authentic Italian dishes, including fresh pasta, pizza, seafood, salads, and delicious desserts. Everything I ordered was freshly prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I especially appreciated the use of high-quality ingredients and traditional recipes that made each dish memorable. The staff members were courteous, knowledgeable, and highly professional throughout my visit. They provided helpful recommendations, answered questions about the menu, and ensured that every aspect of the dining experience was enjoyable. Their hospitality and attention to detail greatly enhanced the overall experience. Another thing I appreciated was the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. The dining area, tables, and service stations were spotless and well maintained. The atmosphere felt comfortable, relaxing, and perfect for both casual meals and special occasions.

We are from Orange, Ca and we came to Fresno for a tournament and we were looking for a restaurant and OMGOODNESS Absolutely love this place! This was my first time coming to this restaurant, and it was fantastic! We got everything to go, and all the dishes were delicious, flavorful, and fresh. I forgot to take a picture of my clam chowder, but it was sooo good! They also give you fresh bread with butter, which was amazing! 😋🍞🧈

My friend and I were very excited to try out this establishment. We had gone this past Friday (4/24/2026). I had only gone one time before. And that was about nine or so years ago with some colleagues. It was very clean inside and the waiter was nice. I ordered the spicy salmon spaghetti and my friend had ordered the steak dinner well done. As she was eating, she noticed that it was very pink. She asked a waiter if it could be grilled more or baked or something for it to get more well done. He said he would ask if it could be microwaved. He took her entire plate, leaving her with no food. I felt uncomfortable eating because I knew she was hungry. Instead of taking the steak back on a smaller plate and leaving her to eat the pasta and vegetables, she was left with absolutely no food. He came back around 10 minutes later and said she would have to microwave it at home. I personally have never heard of a restaurant saying that to a customer before. At first, he offered her either a free drink or a free dessert. She declined. We were not looking for a free meal or any other freebies. She just wanted her steak to be a little more cooked. Cosmopolitan is a terrific place to eat for authentic delicious Italian cuisine! Service is great, always warm and welcoming, but dinner reservations are a best bet.

Love this restaurant! The menu has changed, and there aren’t as many appetizer options as before. We came for a Friday night dinner and were seated in the middle of the dining area with no one around us—until two large tables of kids arrived. Not exactly the relaxing evening we were hoping for, but the food was delicious as always!
